I am stuck with a liner I requested to cancel and out 355.05. I have tried to contact both this company and the parent company at great lengths by phone. Also on social media where the parent company dohenys deletes and restricts access.
I have heard horror stories about them selling broken pools and ripped liners. Save your money and purchase from a reputable company.

If you need anything in a hurry order some where else

We ordered a above ground pool filter element and it arrived as stated. The box and filter element were undamaged in freight.

I'm still waiting for my order.

I'm not sure how good the service is, the pump I ordered is still on back order.

The ladder I ordered and the ladder I received were not the same. When I saw the discrepancy I called right away. Customer service was outstanding on the phone and shipped a new one the next day. I had the replacement in 2 days and they had the wrong one picked up at the same time. Great response time and no questions asked. they did the right thing right away and that is better than saving a few bucks!!!
